The Fabrics is available in Laminated form through our in-house lamination facility. Product can be available in below mentioned specifications.
Common Features:
- Fabrics available in HDPE (High Density Poly Ethylene) / PP (Poly Propylene) materials.
- Available in Roll Forms & Open Flat Fabrics.
- Fabrics available in coated as well as UN coated forms.
- Perfect for meeting the demands of packaging, sheltering & covering of products.
- In flat form we can provide lamination on either side.
Features/Advantages:
1.The paper makes oil-free packaging available, and no coating, degreasing or cleaning procedure is required, which saves labor, time and cost.
2.VCI with high performance contained uniformly in the antirust paper will play a role of antirust soon after it is sealed in a package.
3.Even if the paper does not contact the metal directly, it can effectively perform the function of antirust, so it is especially applicable to metal products with complex appearance.
4.The paper has both functions of antirust and packaging.
5.The paper has the advantages of low cost and easy operation over vacuum package.
6.The paper is clean, harmless and non-toxic, so it is safe to environment. It passes SGS certification and meets RoHS directives.
Applicable Metals:
It is applicable to ferrous metal, alloy steel, cast iron, copper, brass, bronze, plated metal, zinc and its alloy, chrome and its alloy, cadmium and its alloy, nickel and its alloy, tin and its alloy, aluminum and its alloy, and other metal materials and their products.
Application Methods:
1.Products should be packaged as soon after cleaning as possible, but completely dried of residual water.
2.Keep the VCI paper as close to the surface of the product as practical, leaving no barrier between the VCI paper and the metal surface to be protected.
3.Operate with clean gloves, and do not contact the articles for antirust with naked hands.
4.For long-term storage of up to two years, enclose the wrapped product in an airtight package.
Custody and Storage:
With sealed package, it shall be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunshine and no contact with sources of ignition and corrosive materials. The quality guarantee period shall be twelve months from the date of delivery.
