Our aluminium profiles can be produced in different alloys from the 6000 series. The minimum purchase per profile is 500 kg and these profiles can be ordered in different lengths. The mechanical composition has been formulated in accordance with NEN-EN755-2 ( GB/T5237-2004, GB/T6892-2000 )and the dimensions of the profiles comply with standards NEN-EN755-9 or NEN-EN12020-2( GB/T5237-2004, GB/T6892-2000 ). The profiles have been divided into two categories:

Standard profiles: we possess a wide range of free die schemes for standard profiles.

Customised profiles

We supply profiles that have a theoretical weight of between 100 grammes and 10 kg per metre. You can request a price for an aluminium profile that you have designed yourself, but we can also help you to design the best possible aluminium profile to meet your needs. We can answer all your questions in the area of minimal wall thicknesses and explain your options in the area of extrusion. We can carry out strength calculations for you and assess snap joints.

Die schemes
