1). Light weight
PEONING sheets are ideal substitutes for traditional lighting materials. They are safe, easy for handling, cutting and installation. The weight of 10mm thick sheets is 85% lighter than the 6mm reinforced glass, greatly reducing the total costs for installation.
2). Impact resistance
Exposure long time outdoor under the temperature of -40°c---+120°c dosen't change the excellent impact resistence of PEONING sheets. As a canopy lighting material, this product can sustain stringent weather such as storms, hails, hurricans, snow and ice freezing.
3). Outdoor Weather resistance
a). It has protective film against ultraviolet radiation and passed anti-ageing tests.
b). Temperature sustainability : the applicable temperature range is -40°c---+120°c.
c). The temperature for constant use of the PEONING sheets is 100°c, on the other hand, they can also be constantly used under -40°c.
d). Dimensional stability
The feature of PEONING sheets is its excellent impact resistence and rigidity under long-term exposure to stringent temperature conditions. Under 80°c, the elasticity modulus is 85% of the room temperature value.
4). Anti-flame property.
It has passed the national anti-flame tests and has reached Category B1 in the national code of GB8624.
5). Heat separating performance
PEONING sheets are advantageous in their multi-layer structure, it can gives the sheets better performance in heat separating. Actually, PEONING sheets is a thermal insulating material, however, compared with ordinary glass, it still can reduce the thermal conductivity and separating the heat. For single lighting windows , PEONING can considerably help to reduce the costs on heat loss caused by the heating in winter and air-conditioning in summer.
6). Sound insulation
The sound insulation of materials is determined by their hardness, weight, and physical structure. PC sheets have prominent insulating effects, showing sound insulation better than glass and arcylic sheets.
7). Fine plasticity, either cold bending or hot bending

There is a special coating on the PEONING anti-dripping sheets, which can prevent the condensation.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including
re-call according to real situation.
