Sun shield :
The shield is made from polycarbonate materials of high impact resistance, with its strength

measured about 200 times stronger than that of ordinary glass. 

Double side coextrusion process has been implemented to increase the ability of the shield 

to protect you and your car from the harm of ultraviolet radiation, blocking 98% UV rays.

The continued rise of temperature inside the car can be shielded by carport panels (under 

direct sunlight, the inside temperature can reach 60 degrees Celsius above, which can be 

effectively reduced to around 37 degrees Celsius after installation of the carports). 

It also features excellent fire resistance. The sun shield can remain intact for more than 20 years 

under the temperature ranging from -30 to 60.

Downcomer :
The downcomer is made from ABS engineering plastics with unique and user friendly design to 

prevent the rain water from falling directly to the ground and splashing about to soil you and your 

car. The pipework is also well structured to facilitate the cleaning process, making it easier to clear 

debris inside the pipe.
Materials:
Aluminum alloy frame, with the surface processed with electrostatic powder coating technology, 

which ensures strong corrosion-resistance
Anti-UV PC board (can remain intact without decoloring for 10 years 
Stainless steel parts and accessories

Colors: 

Black, white, green, blue, grey are our standard colors, other powder coat colors are available as special order for your choice with additional charge.
