4.Our advantage
1) Safety
Tempered glass is safety and don’t easy to be broken. Broken glass particle is of honeycomb shape with obtuse angles which won’t cause severe hurt to human body.
2)High intensity
Compared with float glass of the same thickness, impact strength of tempered glass is higher by 3-5 times. And bending resistance is also 3 ~ 5 times of common glass
3) Thermal stability:
Thermal stability of tempered glass is 3 times higher than float glass of same thickness. Tempered glass can withstand sudden temperature shift from 220°C to 250°C, while float glass can only bear from 70°C-100°C.
