Corrugated Plastic is an excellent product for forming totes, trays, and bins.  The material is lightweight, chemical and water-resistant, and generally cheaper than molded plastic alternatives.  For more information on corrugated plastic contact me.  These totes and trays are excellent in environments such as:

Most of our totes are nestable so they ship and store inside of each other, straight-wall totes and boxes are available though.  All totes are sonic-welded with a wire-reinforced rim for durability.  Our harvest totes can be made with or without fumigation holes (see photo at bottom of page).

The standard colors are blue, red, green, yellow, orange, black, white, natural, and cardboard brown.  Other colors and customized screen printing are available upon request.  All totes, trays, and bins are made out of 100% recyclable polypropylene corrugated plastic.

Test Parameters

The tests were conducted at a temperature of 72 degrees Fahrenheit with 50% relative humidity. The test samples were standard 4mm (150lb) polypropylene corrugate and 250 lb. Test c-flute (cardboard) corrugated paperboard. No additives such as flame retardant or extra ultra violet protection were in the samples tested.
