1. Q: What's your usual payment term for orders?
A: We accept terms of T/T, 40% in advance and balance before shipping.

2: Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the packaging?
A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen printing according to your artwork design, and the minimum quantity for silk screen printing is 1000 units per logo. You can send us the artwork by email in PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw formats.

3. Q: What's your product safety standard?
A: Certificated by SGS. All the materials we use can pass REACH; RoHS; Halogen; US California Proposition 65 test. And also the color fastness can reach to level 4.0-4.5. We have all the test reports from SGS.

4: Q: Inquiry
A: 1.Inquiry can be sent when client are interested to our company’s products via internet.

5: Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area.We prefer to send out the samples based on your own express account.

6: Q: How could I get samples?
A: We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. or, you send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

7: Q: What about the sample cost?
A: Sample fees is needed before PO placed.
Sample fees is 3.5 times/unit price.
Sample fees will be returned to you once we got your PO and the quantity meet MOQ requirement.
