Application of SBS rubber
(1) can be used thermoplastic plastics processing equipment for processing molding, such as extrusion, injection, blow molding, molding speed is faster than traditional rubber process;Saves
(2) without vulcanization, the general process of thermoset rubber processing vulcanization process, and thus less equipment investment, production low energy consumption, simple process, short processing cycle, high production efficiency, low processing cost;
(3) plus Angle of remaining material can be recycled many times, save resources and is beneficial to environmental protection.The SBS is mainly used for rubber products, resin modifying agent, cement and asphalt modifier four domains.In terms of rubber products, SBS moulded products (sole) is mainly used in shoes industry, extruding products are mainly used for rubber hose and tape;Resin as modifier, and a small amount of SBS respectively with polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polystyrene (PS) blend can obviously improve the performance of low temperature on the products and the impact strength;SBS as adhesive with high solid matter content, the characteristics of quick drying, good low temperature resistance;The SBS asphalt as building and road asphalt modifier can obviously improve weather resistance and load resistance of pitch.
