PETG is a kind of transparent plastic, is a kind of an amorphous type copolyester, PETG comonomer in common use for 1, 4 - cyclohexane two methanol (CHDM), called the polyethylene terephthalate - 1, 4 - cyclohexane 2 methyl ester.It is made of terephthalic acid (TPA), ethylene glycol (EG) and 1, 4 - cyclohexane two methanol (CHDM) the product of three kinds of monomers by ester exchange method of polycondensation, compared with PET for more than 1, 4 - cyclohexane two methanol copolymerization monomer, and PCT more than glycol monomer, as a result, the performance of the PETG and PET, PCL.

PETG sheet extrusion sheet usually 15 to 20 times more than general acrylic toughness, impact modifiers for than acrylic tenacity 5 to 10 times.PETG sheet in processing, transportation and use process has enough capacity, to help prevent rupture.
3. The weather
PETG sheet provides excellent weatherability.It can keep the product toughness, prevent yellowing.It contains uv absorber, co-extrusion into a protective layer, to protect the sheet from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light.
