Application:
PSU is a crystalline polymer, no obvious melting point, T G is 190 ℃, the molding temperature above 280 ℃.Products are transparent.(2) the PSU molding characteristics similar to the PC.The melt flow characteristics close to the Newtonian fluid, the polymer melt viscosity is very sensitive to temperature.When the melt temperature over 330 ℃, improve every 30 ℃, which is 50% lower melt viscosity.(3) although the PSU in the melt viscosity is sensitive to temperature, its viscosity is very high, still less liquid in the process of forming;In addition, the cooling speed of melt faster, molecular chain and rigid, therefore, in the shape of internal stress.(4) obviously, PSU in the molecular structure of hair without hydrophilic group, small water imbibition, balance water imbibition is 0.6%, but in the process of forming, the existence of trace moisture will melt the degradation caused by high temperature and strong mechanical force.Before the injection, therefore, must be dry.
