Our foam has 100% open cell made by the Thermal reticulated process. These foams are ideal for filtration and pre- filtration of air in automotive industry. Polyester based reticulated foams are stable with petroleum products. They can thus be used effectively to mop up and filter petroleum products. Similarly, polyether based reticulated foams are not affected by water and thus are ideal for water filtration.
These foams can be saw-cut, milled, glued and die-cut etc.
Major Applications:
Filtration and pre-filtration of air in automotive industry.
Available in Ester and Ether based reticulated foam
- Ester based reticulated foam are stable with petroleum products and thus can be used effectively to mop up and to filter petroleum products.
- Ether based reticulated foam are not effected by water and thus are ideal for water filtration.
- Ester based automotive filters are technically superior than paper filters in terms of efficiency, life as well as reusability
