 2.How long is the warranty time?

Short wave infrared lamp:5000 hours;

Medium wave infrared lamp:20000 hours;

Carbon fiber lamp: 10000 hours;

Fast medium wave lamp: 10000 hours.

Remark: man-made and improper operation excluded

3.How about the after Sales?

Every infrared lamp will tested by our QC department before shipping.

If the infrared heat lamps have damage in transit or the life time less than we guaranteed(man-made excluded}.We will exchange the infrared heat lamp for the new one.

4.Which terms of payment do you prefer?

T/T,  Paypal,  Western Union,  L/C 

5.How about the delivery time?

Commonly 10-15 working day after receiving the deposit for the infrared heat lamps

Can be shorten if demand is not very big. 

6.What's the package like?

Outside packed in wood and inside packed in soft EPE soft foam mat for maximum shock absorption, we can do package according to your design.
