4.     Can you produce according to our brand and make my own logo and color box?

Yes, we accept OEM order and we can customize product and packing color box for our customers.

But please be noted that the cost for making color box will be borne by you if the order quantity is less than 500pcs.

5.     If I cannot find the items I want from your website, can you source these products for me?

Yes. Many of our customers have such need. And because we have been engaged in this industry for more than 10 years, we know this industry very well: we know what related products our customers usually need and we know where to purchase such products that can perfectly meet customer’s procurement requirements.

6.     What’s your Quality Management

We make every effort to produce safe and satisfied products to all our customers.

We have a very nice and well-organized QC department to set up our internal production standard and strictly enforce the standard during the whole production process so as to maintain and assure constant quality level.

7.     After-sale Service and complaint handle

Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rates under 0.1% – 0.5% for different products: ballast, light fixture/reflector, lamp tube/bulb.

Secondly, any quality issue occur during the warranty period, once confirmed is our responsibility we will compensate our customer. 

For very small quantity within defective rate, we will send replacements with next order or container to our customers.

For big issue or defective batch products, we will send our QC and expertise to do field investigations to learn the reasons and discuss the best solution with our customer.

8.     Can I require for a few product samples before I place an order?

Yes. We will be very glad to provide you samples for testing or checking the quality and the suitability.

9.     What’s your Term of Payment?

Mainly T/T, 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery for mass order;

T/T 100% for sample.

For other payment terms, please kindly discuss with us.

10.  What’s your MOQ?

Different products have different MOQ: 200 – 1000 PCS

11.  What’s your Delivery time

A: Around 7-10 days for the sample order
