1.2 PRODUCTION PROCESS

Welded: The welded use flash welding , it will from four directions to the opening portion of chain ring and make electric conduction partly . when the temperature reaches a certain heat degree, turn up metal solution surface , the pressure is applied on both welded junction ends , so that both ends which have reached melting temperature can be fused together .
Galvanized: first step is self color roll light, use the plating method, the zinc layer is formed on the surface of the chain , the zinc layer not only beautiful , but also preventing rusting .
