Product introdunction:
The 300-series fuel gas power-generator sets are widely applied to the synthetic utility of surplus heat produced by power-generator sets with clean fuels of natural gas, biomass gas, semi-coke gas and biogas. The rotate speed is mainly 500r/min or 600r/min, and their powers range from 400KW to 1000KW.
The 300-series fuel gas power-generator sets can be fueled with all kinds of combustible gas. The combustion does work to drive the engine, which also drives the generation of power. The engine, which also drives the generation of power.
The engines are developed and improves based on the 300-diesel engines of Zichai, with keeping the advantages of a large cylinder diameter and a long stroke and borrowing ideas from advanced domestic and international technologies of gas engines.
The improvements are made to adjust the engines to combusting all kinds of fuel gas and ensure the combustion performance and reliability of gas engines so that the sets can run more stably with full load in a long term, be easier to be connected to the grid, and realize high-efficient synthetic utility of the fuel gas with the utilization of surplus heat.
The 300-series fuel gas power-generator sets can realize the output of high, medium and low voltage, the automatic parallel operation and connection to the grid. The series has been the most exported product among the engines with the same grade of power.
