Product Description
1. Design
Our dredgers are designed by senior engineer, who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years. It guarantees that our dredgers are well-designed and of high-quality.
2. Good processing & Ex-work testing
Every dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure its high quality.
Each finished dredger will be tested in testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivered to customers.
3. Dredger description
Our sand suction dredger is made up of one or two pontoons, one gantry frame, one winch, one sand pump, one water jet pump, one main engine, one auxiliary engine, one cabin, one suction head, one suction pipe, one discharge pipe, long distance discharge pipe.
This is a small sand suction boat, so we can dredge sand near the river shore. It is very small and porble. If the river sand is very soft and pure, you can select this one.
Generally, this dredger is matched with the auto sand suction transporter. The transporter transports sand to the shore and unload sand into river, then this dredger discharges sand to the bank.
How to work? The sand suction dredger is working in the river or in the sea.
First drop the suction head and suction pipe into river bottom and then start engines.
The main engine drives the sand pump and auxiliary engine drives the water jet pump.
Water jet pump can suck water and spray to the river bottom to make sand soft, then the sand pump will make sand suck into the sand suction head then the sand will be through the sand discharge pipe.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Packaging & Transportation
The dredger is detachable, so it is dismantled into one or two containers. Usually our products are shipped from Qingdao Port or Guangzhou to all over the world.
2. Installation
Our experienced installers will arrive at the working site to guide and train your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
