DREDGING RUBBER HOSE
Dredging rubber mud hose and suction hose are made from natural rubber, strong textile fibers, steel skeleton and synthetic rubber which produced by multi-channel production process. With superior abrasion resistance, high working pressure and strong flexibility, they can be bent freely in the water and used for long time. Flanges are fixed on both sides of the dredging rubber hose ,So it’s easy and quickly to install.

FEATHER OF OUR PIPE
1. Outer cover is with excellent ageing resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Inner cover is with excellent abrasion resistant and high quality.
3. Wearing colored indicator layer.
4. Floating discharge hoses can withstand high pressure of work.
5. Single foam floatation casing, preventing water absorption.
6. The hose emergence above water is not less than 20% of the total volume. (According to the customers’ request)
7. Bending angle in working condition is from 0-90.
8. Low centre of gravity, strong ability of the anti-wave and good stability.
Suction dredge rubber pipe Materials:
Tube: Smooth NR/ synthetic rubber, generally color is black.
Reinforcement: one or multilayer spiral fabric reinforcements, steel wire spiral layer,
Cover: Oil, abration and weather-resistant wrapped synthetic rubber.
