Dredger hull steel structure:
The shape of pontoon is square and framework
The hull is welded with steel, and the steel all is high quality and marine used which is authorized by classification society. The thickness of bottom steel plate is 8mm, the thickness of shell steel plate is 6mm, the thickness of deck steel plate is 4mm. Inner structure is welded with 6*6 angle steel.
The floating body is fixed by the upper part of the truss to 2 square floating bodies, and forms a complete dredger shape.
The surface of the whole set of welding slag and rust treatment, spray antirust paint. All motors and electrical equipment protected.the watertight box and protective cover is available.
Bucket dredger working principle:
Through continuous rotation of link joints, the buckets will dredge the material and make the material into a drum screen, then the screen will remove the big stones, and stones will be transported to the river at back of the dredger by conveyor. At the same time, sand will drop down from the screen mesh, then it will be transported into a barge or to the bank by conveyor.
Main mechanism facilty for bucket dredger:
Dredging ladder(27.6m length),bucket (100 pcs),bucket ladder elevator,gantry frame (3.8m height),central main frame(4.0m height),drum screen(1500*3200mm),conveyor belt,anchor gear,generator,electric welder.
