Structure Frame of Polyarch 8000 Agricultural Greenhouse :   

All Hot Dipped Galvanized steel, Pre-punched and Prefabricated structure bolt together design  

a)  80 x 50mm rectangular HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED columns 2mm thick (14gauge) on 4m centers.

b)  Each exposed end wall provided with three (3) 80 x 50mm rectangular HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED 

     uprights 2mm thick (14gauge) complete with fasteners to secure uprights to gable bows.

c)  Horizontal framing for end walls and side walls & European style lock profile D: except the function to fix

     the film, they, themselves, are also part of the structure to make the greenhouse more sturdy.     

d)  3runs of side wall framing and 4runs of end wall framing

e)  60mm round HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED arches 1.5mm (16 gauge) thick on 2m centers complete with

     mounting hardware to secure arches to gutter assembly.

f)  Three (3) runs of European style lock profile D as roof purlins provided per 8m wide house complete with

     mounting hardware. 
g)  (X) Cross bar and “M” truss  are provided complete with fasteners and installed at every internal column –

     on 4m centers.
    Cross bars 42*1.5mm horizontal support tube under the arch,
    Three 32*1.5mm vertical tube placed from the roof arch to horizontal support tube.
    Two 32*1.5mm diagonal tube connect the arches to horizontal tube.
h)  Optional longitudinal V reinforcement of round tubes of 32x1,5 mm which avoid the movement of the

      straight plan of horizontal support tube vertical tube.

i)  Eight (8) runs of galvanized steel gutter provided 1.5 mm (16 gauge) thick complete with mounting

    hardware.
j)  Side wall or top roof ventilation
k)  Brackets and fasteners as required to assemble frame
