Materials:
1.Structure
Frame - All galvanized steel, pre-punched and bolt together design including:
100 mmx50mm Rectangular HOT DIPPED GLAVANIZED columns 2.0 mm thick (14gauge) on 4 m centers.
Each exposed end wall provided with three (4) 50 mmx50mm Rectangular HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED uprights 2.0 mm thick (14gauge) complete with fasteners to secure uprights to gable bows.
Horizontal framing for end walls and side walls: wire spring lock base ; except the function to fix the film, they, themselves, are also part of the structure to make the greenhouse more sturdy.
*3runs of side wall framing and 4runs of end wall framing
*32mm x32mm x2mm (1 1/4”) square HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED arches 2.0 mm (14 gauge) thick on1.33m /4’ centers complete with mounting hardware to secure arches to gutter assembly.
Post Cast : aluminum cast with special design to connect the pillars and gutter together.
One (1) run of 32mmx2.0 round pipe as roof ridge purlin provided per 8m wide house complete with mounting hardware.
(X) Cross Joist truss are provided complete with fasteners and installed at every internal column – on 4m centers.
Top and bottom chord : 50x50x2 mm horizontal support tube under the arch,
Angle support 32x32x1.5mm square tube
Eight (8) runs of galvanized steel gutter provided 2.5 mm (12 gauge) thick complete with mounting hardware.
Roof ventilation : Your roof vented structure offers approximately 30% ventilation capabilities.
*Roof vent to be located approximately 3’ up from the gutter and when fully open will be higher than the ridge, allowing warmest air to escape. This will also allow for ventilation when raining or when snow has accumulated in the gutter.
*Roof operating system to utilize 1065mm(42”) long straight rack and pinion drive system mounted on 1.315” dia. drive shaft with steel shaft hangers.
*Each house to be powered by one gear driven unit, for a total of (XX) Wadsworth/ Ridder motor(s) and control box(es).
*Roof vent bows to be 32x32x2.0mm(1.25” )sq. galvanized steel tubing on 4’0” centers hinged at ridge with galvanized steel brackets.
*Roof vent sash to be continuous aluminum bottom rail with weather stripping gasket and single snaplock attachment for roof covering.
*Vents to be located on the east slope of each / the greenhouse.
Brackets and fasteners as required to assemble frame.
