1. Can I order sample?
Answer: Yes, we accept sample for trial order?
2. How long for delivery time?
Answer: For sample order, our delivery time is 20 to 25 days; for one full container, it’s 30days.
3. Which colures will be available?
Answer: Normally, we will introduce the most popular coloures to customers. And we are able to make colures according to customer’s demands also.
4. Can I use my logo(sticker) on the electric bike?
Answer: Yes, we can make OEM.
5. How to delivery to foreign buyer?
Answer: For sample order, the customer can select by sea or by air. For full container order, by sea is the best choice.
6. What’s the payment terms?
Answer: Normally we use T/T, L/C.
7. Can I mix different models in one full container order?
Answer: Yes, we accept different models in one full container.
8. Need I buy spare parts for first order?
Answer: Yes, you need to buy some spare parts for future service. The quantity depends on your scooter order. We will give you advice when you need.
