1.What’s the mini order?

The minimum order is 1 pc.

2.How long is the delivery time?

It will take  30 days.

3.Can I order spare parts?

We have all the parts list available for our models.

4.How about warranty ?

We offer 6 months warranty for the engine parts and one year for the other parts (wearing parts are not included such as tires,lights,fenders,electric elements,etc)

5.How about the shipping ?

We can arrange to ship the container or you may have the forwarder.

6.Is sample available?

Yes, sample order is acceptable.

7.What certificate do you have for ATV quad and dirt bike and ect?

Our factory has ISO9001:2000 QSM

A.1500cc 1100cc 800cc UTV with EPA approved.

B.500cc and 1100cc UTV with EEC approved.

C.250CC 125CC 110CC with CE approved.

8. Could i use my own LOGO or design on goods?

Yes. When you have a big quantity mass production order,we can use your own LOGO or your language manual, and etc,

9. Could I get a discounted price?

Yes, if you have a great qty of order, we would give a discount.

10. Did you attend in Canton fair?

Yes. Every year we attend in Autumn Canton fair during Oct 15th-19th. Welcome your visit.

11. Did you export goods to EU/South America/USA etc ?

12.How I can go to the factory ?

Renli factory is located in Yong kang, Zhejiang, China. It is 1.5hours from Guangzhou by air; it took 1 hour by car from Yiwu; 2 hours by High-speed Railway from Shanghai to Jinhua(Jinhua is the nearest to our city, only 40minutes by car).  Welcome your visit. Warmly welcome!
