• The front sprocket use Material of 20Crmo ,it has the features of non-fragile and 3 times hardness than A3 Material.
• Every sprocket is forged with steel bar ,and then, stamping by carburizing and quenching to guarantee its hardness and wear-resisting,
• Use digital tech to drilling hole and CNC lathe tech to keep the sprocket Surface smooth
• The precision for spline is very high also the tolerance is small, which can kindly make front sprocket appress with motor countershaft.
• Compare with any other factory's items our sprocket have one side up stage that increase the contact area and thrust surface of motor countershaft can make it star easily and efficiently.
• Also use High Frequency Quenching of Japan technical to make sure every sprocket teeth parts' uniformity of hardness.
• Each teeth of sprocket have a down "r" radian, can reduce noise when riding motorcycle so that protect countershaft form rubbing and keep a long life
