110cc and 125cc series reverse device
It can be installed on 110cc/ 100cc engine of motorcycle, electromobile,
sightseeing vehicle, ATV etc., shifting gear by pedal and internal gears
are meshed through involute spline.
200cc and 300cc series reverse device
Motorcycle 200cc reverse device with pedal installs pedal in the middle
and adopts intermediate shifting gear mechanism, flexible and reliable.
Active tooth adopts 30mm diameter one with module 4 mm, which
effectively enhances the bearing capacity of the reverse device and the
life of gear. Active tooth adds a retainer ring, which effectively prevents
the active gear moving. Meanwhile, reverse device shell adopts a new
strengthening design, which effectively increases the strength of reverse
device shell.
