Features:
1.Multifunctional double heads vegetable cutting machine has two cutting systems. One is used to cut leaf vegetables, like Chinese onion green, garlic sprout, leek, celery, Chinese cabbage, green vegetable, etc. The other one is used to cut corm and root vegetables, like turnip, potato, taro, sweet potatoes, bamboo shoot, onion, eggplant, apple, ginger, etc.
2.It can use for slice cutting, shred cutting, dice cutting (size customizable).
3.The rate of conveyor belt and knife is changed by the frequency converter, and both heads of cutting system can be controlled independently. The machine serves several purposes, with powerful multifunction, creating a high output. Besides, the cutter plates can be changed conveniently for slicing/ shredding/diceing. Q：The best way for washing and maintaining the cutting blade,
A: Wash with water, may be appropriately added cleanser to clean. Tool maintenance: cleaning tool and then wipe it dry, coat with cooking oil to keep the tool lubrication and oxidation.
Q：The maintain of machine:
A：Maintenance Way: Add the lubricating oil every six months to the chain of transmission parts, gears, bearings, etc. and add the engine oil to the gearbox. If the machine is used frequently, we recommend that to maintain the machine each quarter. If the machine has the belt conveyor, the spring, need to check whether they are loose each quarter, to adjust or replace in time.
Q：How to do If the cutting blade is blunt or get oxidation with yellow:
A：It can sharpen by grinding wheel, Whetstone. If the tool has a yellow oxide, can be scrubbing by and stains liquid, then add oil for painting protection.
Q：How long can the machine working continuously without stop
A: The large machines work for 8-12 hours without stop. However, it’s recommended to pause each 4-5 hours working for protection. If it’s small power and small machine, it is recommended to pause each 2-3 hours working for protection.
