Main Feature:
Structural framework is welded. strong and durable and has adjustable base functions, the main lifting platform USES the SEW motor drive, entry speed conveyor belt to separate infeed case, stack is delivered by roller conveyor. 2.5m length of conveyor to output the stack. All adopt roller conveyor. Adopt German Siemens PLC controlling system, movable and can connect to computer. Will display the fault automaticlly.
working process:
Can finish the follow process automaticlly:Input carton, turn over carton, separate the carton into one line and another line, stack, move stack, input stack, output stack.

Taken the pallet database is big, can accommodate 15 empty pallet, which can realize automatic supply pallet.(pallet library is optional)
needn’t change the stacking parts can complete several stacking way, only need to obtain the parameters is ok.

Payment Terms: 40% payment as a deposit should be paid by T/T to our company account; the balance 60% payment should be paid by T/T before shipment.
Guarantee: 12 months from the installation. All life of technology support.
Installation: the seller is responsible to send technician(s) to install and test the machines and teach the employees of the customer how to use the machine for the buyer, but the round trip air-tickets, accommodation, food and 100 USD/day salaries for each technician will be on the buyer’s account.
