This system adopts the German technology for weighing filling machine, with high precision for any filling material. Material Valve matched with quick and slow valve so that it could improve filling speed as well as filling precision. Wide filling volume, it could adjust volume between 15-50kg and the filling precision is less than 10g/barrel Filling nozzle is with anti-drip device. Main Structure and Working Principle Automatic ration filling machine is made up of weighing filling machine, conveyor and capping press machine. The weighing conveyor match with non-drive roller Weighing filling machine main structure and principle It made up of material feeding, weighing, frame, and pneumatic controlling system. Feeding device feed material quickly and slowly by cylinder Weighing System: Weighing Frame, sensor and weighing conveyor. Weighing conveyor connect with frame by sensor. It should not add any drive during working. It could adjust the filling nozzle height by wheel.
Operation: Manual loading barrels and start machine; Open material feeding pump and valve automatically; Close quick material feeding valve on working 1; Close material feeding pump and slow feeding valeve on working 2; Manual load caps in the right position; Capping press; Move manually after capping.
