Product Description
LW-ACT200 Auto Capping Machine includes automatically cap sorting, cap feeding and capping function. The bottles are entering in line, and then continuous capping, high efficiency. It is widely used in industries of cosmetics, food, beverage, medicine, biotechnology, health care, personal care chemical etc. It is suitable for all kinds of bottles with screwed caps.
1. Cappers are designed to handle most bottle types, because both the chuck height and the torque can be adjusted, a single machine can be used to tighten a variety of bottle caps of different sizes. The cappers have a simple and subtle design and can be installed on conveyors and working tables easily. It’s an ideal choice that be used on working line or single production.
2. The capper can secure the caps onto the bottles automatically. The machine can effectively reduce operator fatigue and keep the tightening torque consistent.
3. Include varying sizes of capping head, inner tuck and stainless steel worktables. We can make the machine according to clients’ requirements.
