Application
Suitable for packing granule, puffed food, pasta, sunflower seeds, white granulated sugar, peanut, and any other big granule.
Features
Its functions include bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, slitting, counting, photoelectric tracking, coding, inflating, etc. Functions could be customized.
Packing Film
Glass paper/pe, OPP/PE, AL/PE or any other heat sealing materials.
Four-Head Electronic Scale
1. Imported PLC control system, big touch screen panel, easy to set parameters and convenient to operate.
2. Malfunction can be automaticaly diagnosed and loss can be minimized.
3. Back sealing, stand-up bag or side sealing, sealing method can be customized.
Sturcture Characteristics
1. Controlled by SCM from Intel. It can adjust bag length without changing gears.
2. Advanced photoelectric tracking system guarantees correct tracking of cursor.
Cursor can be corrected after only trying run on 1-2 bags after reboot.
3. Advanced intermittent sealing way guarantees smooth and steady run of machine
and reduces noises.
4. Big touch screen control panel, easy to set parameter and convenient to operate.
Malfunction can be automaticaly diagnosed and it shows pretty clear on the screen.
