Specifications:
TQSF-series gravity grade destoner is mainly used for grading wheat, rice, peanuts, corn, soybean, etc and removing stones, which can also be used for seed selecting. The machine has the characteristics of removing stones and sands according to classification, less energy consumption, no dust, lower noise, which can be operated and maintained conveniently. Use it together with independent ventilation system for better efficacy.
Materials of design:
1.The four corners are supported by imported “Austria” rubber springs, with reasonable stable structure.
2.Vibrating motor adopts famous brand “Baofei” motor.
3.Stainless steel screen to remove stones and manganese screen surface to remove impurities are adopted.
4.The lower screen adopts punched reinforcement aluminum mesh to make the screen surface more smooth and the effect of removing is more better.
