RANGE OF APPLICATION
FSML-series Screw Wheat Brusher Wheat Cleaning Machine is used for cleaning wheat surface, mainly brushing off the bran, ash, bacteria stick to the surface of wheat in cleaning process of milling workshop. This machine adopts 360°cylindrical riddle drum, with high screening efficiency. It is the ideal wheat surface treatment equipment.
MATERIALS OF WHEAT CLEANING MACHINE
a. The main shaft adopts imported Japan NSK bearings, equipped with special bearing block, with good seal and dustproof effect.
b. The motor adopts Siemens or Wannan motor (a leading motor manufacturer in China which is located in the south of Anhui Province).
c. The horseshoe brush is made of special material, with excellent wear resistance.
d. The screen mesh is a bar net welded of stainless steel, with smooth feeding and high wear resistance.
