High efficiency automatic yellow maize cleaning machine
RANGE OF APPLICATION
TQLZ-series vibratory cleaning screen is mainly used for screening, separating large, medium, small and light impurities mixed in the grains, which can be widely used in milling, feed, rice milling, winery, chemical factory, food, oil extracting, corn processing and other industries to clean and grade raw material.
TFXH-series Circulate Air Separator is mainly used in grain cleaning process, air recycling and is a good energy-saving air separator and dedusting equipment to remove light impurities in the grain.
MATERIALS OF yellow maize corn cleaning machine
1. The screen body is welded by SPCC (high quality cold-rolled steel plate with standard thickness 3mm).
2. Vibrating motor adopts famous brand “Baofei” motor.
3. The screen frame is made of steel, with at least ten years’ service life.
4. The four corners are supported by imported “Austria” rubber springs, with reasonable stable structure.
5. The screen deck is made of finest manganese plate and stainless steel screen mesh which can be customized.
a. This equipment adopts double blower, with the better effect of dedusting and impurities separating.
b. The bottoms adopts double screw conveyor, closed air and received more convenient.
c. The motor adopts famous brand Siemens and low-speed permanent magnet motor.
