RANGE OF APPLICATION
FDMW-series Horizontal Wheat Scourer is mainly used for cleaning wheat, rye and other cereal. It can remove sundries adhered to the surface of wheat and mud, wheat corroded by disease and pest, wheat husk containing wheat, etc., which plays an important role in improving color of the flour and reducing the ash content. It has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, excellent technological performance etc.
MATERIALS OF WHEAT SCOURER
a. All the frames are welded by high qualified steel plate.
b. The main shaft adopts imported Japan NSK bearings, equipped with special bearing block, with good seal and dustproof effect.
c. The plate beater and the wing beater on main shaft are melded of 65# manganese steel plate.
d. The Screen mesh is welded by stainless steel screen and manganese steel.
e. Siemens or Wannan (a leading motor manufacturer in China which is located in the south of Anhui Province) motor is adopted.
