Wheat scourer for flour milling plant specifications:
FDMW-series horizontal wheat scourer is a product of our own design and is one of the ideal equipment in flour mill to clean wheat using dry process. It not only break mud mixed in the wheat, but also can break and clean out metamorphic wheat corroded by disease with poor strength. It can also scour grain surface dust, silt and wheat hair embedded in the wheat furrow and other impurities. The broken mud and light impurities are separated by the sieve cylinder holes, and discharged from dust outlet. Especially in the processing grade flour, using horizontal wheat scourer is one of the necessary equipments to reduce the dust content and improve the purity of flour.
So far, many users have used horizontal wheat scourer to clean up rapeseed and impurities in making wine industrial raw materials and have achieved good results.
