CMC introduction
Carboxymethyl Cellulose CMC e466 Cross Stitch is widely used in food industry, it play the roles of taste improvement, thickening and stabilization when used in various kinds of dairy drinks and seasonings. As an additive of molding, taste improvement, anti-fragmentation,water retaining and tenacity strengthening, CMC is also used in ice cream, bread,cake,biscuit,instant noodle and fast paste foods. CMC e466 features
1.CMC cross stitch features uniform distribution of substituent (carboxy methyl group) on the cellulose backbone. It produces fewer gel granules in glaze formulation.
2. It contains no colored impurity and is 100% combustible under firing condition, to ensure clean ceramic glaze.
3. It can stabilize physical and chemical property of glaze formulation.
4. It can improve glaze adhesion and reduce glaze layer.
5. It facilitates formation of a smooth dense glaze layer.
6. It can improve the rheological property of glaze formulation.
7. The glaze viscosity is proportional to the concentration of CMC added.

Product application
The application of the paper making industry:
CMC has film formation ,it can be used in the paper industry as paper-based smoothing agent ,sizing ,enhanced to engage in the tension of 40%-50% by adding 0.1%-0.3% CMC make paper pulp .It can kneads 4-5 times, and makes the paper even ,printing ink is easy to penetrate ,the edge of the printed material is clear. On paper which has been treated with CMC aqueous solution, painted iron, lead, metal salt solution can be made water proof, greaseproof paper. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

(3) Dissolve suggestions: Pre-mix of CMC powder with other materials when dissolve
