1, Application of belt type of spice microwave fumigation machine:
Belt type of spice microwave fumigation machine with continuous type of
automatic processing method, whole spice or spice powder fumigation/sterilizing can be achieved in short time.
microwave fumigation machine mainly used in whole spice and spices powder
(pepper powder, rice flour, seasoning flavoring compounds, fennel powder, food additives, flavor powder),
whole spice (fennel, star anise, garlic, turmeric, black pepper, white pepper, herbs)
fumigation process before packing and after packed.

3, Fumigation and sterilizing principle of belt type of spice microwave fumigation machine:
Mircowave fumigation is the result of combined action of the thermal effect of
eletromagnetic fields and the biological effect. Thermal effect of microwave on the bacteria denatures
the protein of bacteria, and make the bacteria lost the condition of nutrition,reproduction and survival so as to die.
The biological effects of microwave on the bacteria is that the microwave electric field changes
the potential distribution of cross section of the bacterial cell membrane and impacts the concentration of electron and
around the membrane, and changes the permeability of cell membranes,
therefore the bacterium become in nutrient and lost normal metabolism.
The structure and function of bacterium fall into disorder, and theirs growth are inhibited,
as a result they are dead.
