YD type tungsten carbide electrode
Tungsten copper welding rod is also calld YD welding rods, which is composed of matrix alloy and cemneted carbide grits. Surface is coated with a special flux and colored to identify the particle size and grade.
Composition of YD tungsten and copper welding rods:
1. Tin brass 42%
2. Cemented carbide grits 58%
Hardness: >160 HB
TRS: >690MPa
Working condition of YD tungsten and copper welding rods:
1. Working temperature: 1100~ 1300 °c
2. Welding method: oxygen welding, gas welding
Application:
YD welding rods mainly used for mining drill and other machinery industry to improve the wear resistance.
