Production process of the ceramic inserts for the bulletproof plate
1. Mix the ceramic powder(boron carbide powder and silicon carbide powder)
2. Press the powder to the requried shape:
3. Sintering the inserts, during the sintering, check the temprature of the ceramic to guarantee that the ceramics are in good shpe, density and HV.
4. Stick the ceramic inserts onto the PE back
Production quality control system
