Round shape ceramic carbide cutter tip for making welding rods
1. Description of ceramic carbide cutter tips
a. Shape. the shape and design of the cutter tips is according to customer's requirement. At hand now we have rod shape and rod shape with sharp cutting edge.
b. Grade. As the ceramic carbide cutter tip is mainly for making ceramic carbide welding rods for wear parts, the grades are mainly K20 and K30, which are very abrasive. The two ceramic carbide grades are very good choice for wear parts
C. Application. The ceramic carbide cutter tips are for making cermet copper welding rods. As we all know that ceramic carbide copper welding rods are for oil field, used in machine as wear parts. The cutter tips replace the ceramic carbide grits to be welded together by copper.
d. Advantages. Ceramic carbide grits shape is not regular, this is known to all.
