 1.Grade of the carbide inserts for aluminium.

 

 The best grade is YD101 and YD201

 

YBC151 substrate with excellent wear-resistance, in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3TiN coating. It is an ideal grade for th finishing steel, cast steel and stainless steel under high speed and dry machining.
YBC251 Cutting edge with special strength and toughness, in an optimal combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3, TiN coating. It is a suitable grades for a wide application. It is good for the finishing, semi-finishg and light roughing of steel, cast steel and stainless steel.
YGC351 Substrate with high strength and resistance against plastic deformation, in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer Al2O3, TiN coating. It is suitable for light roughing and roughing stell, cast steel and stainless steel.
YBM151 Substrate with special structure, in combination with Ti(CN), thin layer AL2O3, TiN coating. With the resistance against diffusion wearness and plastic deformation, it is good for finishing and semi-finishing (turning as well as boring ) of stainless steel.
YBM251 Substrate with good toughness and strength, in combination with Ti(CN), thin layer AL2O3 TiN coating. It is a premium grade for semi-finishing to light roughing(turning and boring) of stainless steel at continuous and intermittent machining conditions.
YBM351 PVD TiN, TiAIN coated carbide grade with very good strength and impact resistance. It is suitable for roughing turning of stainless steels at low to moderate cutting speed or interrupted cutting, also for high cutting speed and heavy cutting in P30 area.
YBD051 CVD coated, substrate can suffer from high temperature withougt thermoplastic deformation. It is best for finishing and semi-finishign machining nodualar cast iron, high intensity forgeable cast iron and grey cast iron.
YBD151 Substrate with very good wear resistance, in combination with MT-Ti(CN), thick layer AL2O3, TiN coating. It is the first choice for medium to rough machining of cast iron,nodular cast iron and under high cutting speed.
YBM252 PVD TiN, TiAIN coated carbide grade with very good toughness and wer resistance. It is good for finishing turning, boringand ligh milling of stainless steel as well as cast iron, stainless steel and alloyed cast iron. It can also be used for parting and grooving of steel (Low carbon content ) at a low or medium speed.
YBG201 PVD TiN coated carbide grade with good toughness and wear resistance. It is good ofr threading and drilling (both peripheral and central inserts) low carbon of steel, stainless steel heat resistance steel and cast irons.
YB235 Substrate with very good toughness, in combination with TiN and TiCN coating.Cutting edge with good security. Good for roughing under low moderate cutting speeds. It is suitable for turning, milling,bornning and drilling (with perpheral insert) of steel, austenitic stainless steel and casting steel,. Mainly used for P40 and M35 material.
YC10 Carbide grade with high hardness and good toughness, suitable for fine and semi-finishing machining of steel and cast steel, also suitable for copying turning.
YC40 Carbide grade with excellent toughness and wear resistance, is suitable for the heavy duty cutting of steel and cast steel.
YD101 Carbide grade with fine size grain. Good for fine and semi-finishing machining of cast iron and nonferrous metal. Particularly for machining of Aluminum.
YD201 Carbide grade with wear resistance and toughness. Suitable for roughig and semi-finishing machining of cast iron and heart-resistant alloys, nonmetallic materials such as plastic, wood specialloy used in aviation industry with sharp deges inserts. Medium cutting speed and a big feed rate is recommended.
YNG051 TiCN based cermet, improves chemicstability and wear-resistant. Using with sharp cutting dege and chip-breaker, it can be got good surface quality whether under conditions of high speed or low speed. It is suitable for finishing machining steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
YNG151 Ticn based cermet, with better toughness than YNG051, fine resistant thermoplastic transmutation and resistant built-up. It is suitable for semi-finishing and finishing machining steel, stainless steel and cast iron.
YCB011 PCBN-tipped with very high hardness and high heat stability under about 1300℃ of the cutting temperature,.It's mainly suittable for machining hardnened steels of HRC50-60(e.g.carbon tools steels, ball bearing steels, die tool steels and high speed steels etc), gray cast iron cold hard cast irons and Ni-, Co-, Cr-, or Fe- based high temperature alloys.
YCD011 PCD tipped inserts with high hardness, good wear-resistance, low friction and heat conductivity. It is mainly suitable for machining non-ferrous metals(E.G.Cu, Al,-allys with high Silicon.) and non-metal materials(e.g.glass fiber, ceramics, reinforced plastic etc).
