LIFTING CHAIN
Lifting chain is designed for use with hoists, cranes, winches, and other material handling equipment.
It is also used in rigging slings and for lashing.
There are two standard grades for lifting chain: grade 80 lifting chain and grade 100 lifting chain.
Other grades of lifting chain may also be available from some suppliers.
Grade 80 lifting chain is made from alloyed steel and is specifically designed for overhead lifting applications.
This grade of lifting chain has a good strength-to-weight ratio and excellent durability
3. G80 LIFTING CHAIN
Grade 80 alloy chain is rugged, versatile,low-weight chain manufactured from special analysis alloy steel.
it is quenched and tempered before proof testing and the ultimate tensile strength is over twice that of ordinary steel chain. tensile strength following heat treatment meets or exceeds all existing OSHA, Government, NACM and ASTM specification requirements.
1.Sizes 5mm to 22mm, using alloy steel 25MnV or 20MN2,
Sizes24mm to 42mm using alloy steel 23MnNiMoCr54 importer from Germany
2.Surface:self colored ;painted black; plastic coated and Galvanized
3.Safety factor:4:1
4.According to EN818-2 standards
5.Marked G80 or required by customer at interval of one meter at least
6.The High-dynamic round steel chains are stamped with the serial number;
all manufacturing and proof date of the cahin are also recorded.Marking once per
running meter.
