1.Usage and application
Pipe elbow bender is mainly used for bending the steel pipe and tube elbow .

2.Accessories
IF power supply,loading material detection system, pushed system, automatic feeding system, elbow bender , hydraulic system, temperature testing system, elbow steering mechanism, automatic control system etc.
3.Advantages
(1) Pushed system adopts two control modes , PLC automatic control, save manpower; Semi-automatic control mode, touch screen display monitor the whole procedure.
(2)We set the feeding machine to connect tube material transporting device ( the third party provide) with automatic feeding part, As a result,when there is spare spaces on automatic feeding part,the pushed system will push the pipes to automatic feeding part .
(3) The automatic feeding system help elbow bender to work,then wait a few minutes( oil cylinder's back time) ,it can carry out next pushing procedure as soon as possible.
(4) Elbow bender The interval of pushing is oil cylinder's back time.
(5) Elbow blanking steering mechanism control elbow regularly when the elbow disengage from mandrel.(figure2)
