Purpose

Used in cemented carbide, copper tungsten alloy, tungsten, molybdenum, aluminum, nickel and cobalt magnet, SmCo5, Sm2Co17 and neodymium iron boron, titanium and other alloy materials, vacuum / atmosphere sintering.

 

Features

1. 2400 °C within the ultra-high temperature furnace, can fully meet the sintering of various materials.

2. Using intelligent digital display temperature control system, automatic temperature control accuracy to complete the process temperature, system temperature curve according to a given temperature, and can store 20 different process section 400 heating curve.

3. Use of water within the circulating cooling system; digital traffic control system, furnace conversion using high-performance IF contactor; comprehensive PLC water, electricity, gas control and protection systems.

1. Maximum temperature: 1600 °C, 2000 °C, 2400 °C

2. High-temperature zone volume: 0.01m3, 0.02m3, 0.03m3, 0.05m3, 0.1m3, 0.15m3, 0.2m3, 0.3m3

3. Furnace working atmosphere: vacuum, hydrogen, nitrogen, inert gases

4. Temperature uniformity: ≤ ± 10 °C

5. Temperature measurement: infrared optical temperature measurement range of 800 ~ 2400 °C temperature or 0 ~ 2400 °C; Accuracy: 0.2 ~ 0.75%.

6. Temperature control: process control and manual control; control accuracy: ± 1 °C

7. Limit the heating rate: 200 °C / min (air furnace, depending on the volume and the high temperature furnace structure may be)
