Air Blast Vibrative Deoiling and Dewatering Machine
Summary
Dewatering machine is composed of perforated plate, frame support, vibrative motor and low-noise fan. It's completely made of SUS304 stainless steel excepot motor and other standard parts. It has a beautiful outlook, reasonable structure and reliable performance, is highly estimated among users.
Application
Air blast vibrative deoiling and dewatering machine is widely used in vegetables and fruits industry, especially for french fries, corns and packed products and irregular shaped products after blanching or frying.
Working principle
This machine dehydrates products by vibration and air blowing. The motor vibrates the bed and pushes products to go ahead. Meanwhile, the wind blows from up to blow to remove the water on product surface.

Based on more than 20 years’ experience in food process machinery manufacturing, later it established Shaoxing Sanshon Steel Co., Ltd () and Shundi foods Co., Ltd()in Zhejiang and Shanghai. Sanshon now is capable of providing integrated services, including product consultation, design, workshop establishment, equipment manufacturing and installation, training of machine operation in the field of vacuum freeze drying machine (FD), hot air drying (AD) as well as quick frozen (IQF) machines.
