After pretreatments, the raw materials are to be frozen in a cold room. After freezing, raw materials are to be exposed in a vacuum hot drying pot. Inner moisture of the materials is to sublimate from solid state to gaseous state, the condenser installed in the back side capture the gaseous state water, and change it to solid state again.

Sanshon now is capable of providing integrated services, including product consultation, design, workshop establishment, equipment manufacturing and installation, training of machine operation in the field of vacuum freeze drying machine (FD), hot air drying (AD) as well as quick frozen (IQF) machines.

Packing:
Iron framework with external plywood and seaworthy package.
Please send email for the extra cost of different packing.
