Working principles of SSJ tunnel vegetable fruit dryer:
The hot air, after heat exchange in the exchanger, heats the air in the drying chamber through heat radiation and convection. Under the action of the blower fan, the hot air diffuses in the whole drying chamber and the full heat exchange takes place between the air and material. Under the action of the humidity-exhausting fan, the steam is exhausted to the outside of the drying chamber, reaching the goal of drying.

SSJ tunnel vegetable fruit dryer is featured by large loading volume and simple operation.It is mainly suitable for drying dehydrated vegetables,fruit products,agricultural and sideline products,instant foods and Chinese herbal medicines.It is especially suitable for drying materials of big size,materials requiring long drying time and materials having high requirements to appearance,such as Chinese mushroom,mushroom,wonton,prawn and etc.

Zhejiang Sanshon Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd was founded in 1993, located in the most convenient transportation and prosperous economy of Yangtze River delta Shangyu city, Zhejiang. It is specialized in manufacturing food processing machinery, which includes fruit & vegetable hot air drying(AD), quick freezing (IQF), vacuum freeze dryer(FD). The company passed ISO9001:2000 quality standard under the efforts of all employees. There are three equipments has been assessed as National New Product. And in 2007, Sanshon was recognized for New and High Technical enterprise in Zhejiang Province.

Sanshon now is capable of providing integrated services, including product consultation, design, workshop establishment, equipment manufacturing and installation, training of machine operation in the field of vacuum freeze drying machine (FD), hot air drying (AD) as well as quick frozen (IQF) machines.

We usually accept T/T,L/C, please send email to negotiate payment term if you can not accept T/T or L/C.
Packing:
Iron framework with external plywood and seaworthy package.
Please send email for the extra cost of different packing.
Delivery Time:
Different products will spend different production period: from 30-120 days after 50% advanced payment.
