Features and application:
1. Specially designed structure and new screw pattern with mixed smelting section guarantee the optimized article fusing process, meanwhile enhance its extrusion volume.
2. Basket extruder adapter can fulfill low-pressure extrusion, thus ensure high quality .
3. Special calibration sleeves can fulfill outstanding surface quality under speed extrusion
4. The whole line is supervised and controlled by specially designed microcomputer control system from abroad.
5. Shower box with ABS spray nozzle can produce speed-recognition vortex, thus creates sound and even cooling.
6. Automatic cutter has length-counting automatic cutting function .
7. Potable water pipe networks for cold and warm water installations, i.e. in residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, school and office buildings, shipbuilding, etc.
8. Mainly used to produce domestic pipes, industrial pipes for water and compressed air transportation with different diameters and thickness, also used to produce cross-linked PP-C, PE-X pipes and other plastic products as well as an excellent equipment in plastic processing machines.
