Property characteristic:
1) Extrusion system:
Screw diameter: Φ80mm,Φ156mm
Extrusion output: >=400 kg/h
Screw material: using high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAIA, by nitriding treatment under high temperature, nitriding depth: 0.5-0.7mm, surface hardness: HV740-940.
Screw core temperature control: using internal recycle constant temperature device, for heat conduction then control the temperature of screw core.
Barrel material: high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, by nitriding treatment under high temperature, nitriding depth: 0.6-0.7mm, surface hardness ≥ HV940.
Barrel temperature control system:
Heating zone: aluminium casting heating ring + stainless steel shell + cooling fan
Heating zone qty: 5 zone, heating total power 36kw, temperature range 50~300°C
2) Transmission speed reduction system:
Using high torque reduction gear box
Water cooling temperature reduction device
Gear material of reduction gear box: 20CrMoTi, gear speed reduction apply with rigid tooth surface combining with oblique tooth surface; Gear nitriding & grinding treatment .
3) Main motor system:
AC main motor:
Main motor power: 55 kw , 380V, 50Hz
Main motor speed regulation method: controlled by AC ABB frequency converter
