Scarp tires are a severe problem for the earth environment.The more and more increasing traffic volume results in quick growing tire mountains.HC tire recycling system was born to solve the problems.With advantage of full-automatic normal temperature processing and non-secondary pollution,the system is easy to access by operators without special training.
HC waste tyre recycling line can treat the waste tyres to rubber crumb with separated steel wire and fibers.The rubber crumb size is 40-5 mesh optional.Smaller mesh rubber powder is optional.
The capacity is 1 tons/hour-3 tons/hour optional.

Double shaft shredder
The pre-shredder is double shaft shredder which can shred the tires to be 50mm tire particles.HC double shaft shredder have the advantages of high torque,low noise etc.,and it is no need to remove the tire bead steel before shredding.
Rasper
HC rasper is a strong machine which can crushing the tire particles from 50mm to 10-20mm and separate the steel wire from the rubber.
There is a magnetic separator after the rasper.It will separate the steel wire.Then the rubber particles will go into the granulator.
Granulator
HC granulators with specific rotor design for rubber fine granulation are set at the last stage of size reduction.The open design of the rotor minimizes heating.The rubber crumb output size were controlled by the mesh screen,from 1mm to 5mm optional.
