Long life, each coil have been through the pressure leak hunting.Inlet and outlet pipe (suction collecting head) adopt Forged brass structure, reliable and durable, the service life up to 45,000 hours or more.

 

3, High efficient, full of energy, fan coil adopt seamless copper tube to string high- performance two-way crack aluminum fin expansion into one compact, highly efficient heat,rich heat and cold.

 

4. Easy to use. There are three gear speed (high - middle - low), with time switch to control temperature automatically, digital display temperature in room, understand fully at one glance, micro-control operation, flexible installation,etc.

 

Advantages of wall mounted fan coil unit
  • Quiet.    Compared with other air-conditioning methods, the operation noise of the fan coil unit is very low because the only moving parts are the fan and fan motor.
  • Safe Operation.    Lower noise by hot galvanized sheet steel with 6mm acoustic insulation layer.

Components:

It consists of heat exchanger, water pipe, filter, fan, water pan, exhaust valve, holder and etc.

 

1. Motor

 

The motor is adopts motor of low noise three speed and one way four capacitor.

 

2.Fan

 

It is adopts the leafy centrifugal rotor, the wind turbines with a variety of motor optimization matching to ensure the unit’s various specification.

 

3.Heat exchanger

 

It is adopts seamless copper tube and aluminum finned tube expanding machine, Fin with copper pipe tightly bound, fin using quadratic flanging, open air turbulence window, it can play the best effect of heat transfer, each unit with 12.5 kg/cm2 pressure leak detection.

 

4.Condensate plate

 

Its adopts the stamping forming process, to ensure the condensate plate to keep strictness.

 

5.Shell

 

The unit’s shell combined by high quality galvanized sheet metal parts assembly molding. It has left and right type and free exchange type if necessary. It also can set the return air box when necessary, operation is simple. The body structure is compact, light weight, beautiful appearance generous, pipes, wires, convenient and easy to installation.
